Dr. Scott A Jones

Dr. Scott A Jones Physical Therapist, Owner

Dr. Scott A. Jones has been leading orthopedic and neuromuscular integrative medicine in physical rehabilitation, athletic performance, and injury prevention for more than two decades. He is driven by the need for an integrative whole-person approach when helping others overcome the pain, fatigue, and frustration that keeps them from activity and the ability to achieve their physical and resilience goals.

Scott grew up in Columbus, Nebraska, and graduated with his doctorate from Creighton University in Omaha in 2001. A 20-year Air Force veteran, Scott has served as director of integrative health and wellness clinics across the United States Air Force, orthopedic surgical clinic director, and doctor of physical therapy associate professor. Proud husband and father of three, Scott is torn between the Nebraska Cornhuskers, whom he grew up with, and the Texas Longhorns, where his son attends university. He also loves all things outdoors, artisan root beer, and mocking the losing team.

Katie Powell

Katie Powell – KP Athletics

Growing up as an athlete, I faced numerous injuries that interrupted my sports seasons. This frustration led me to explore the field of sports performance, eventually earning a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science & Physical Education. After college, I applied my knowledge by working with athletes and experimenting on myself to understand what works best.

Years later, an unexpected opportunity arose to be an Olympic hopeful for Team USA Women’s Boxing for the 2020 Summer Games. Although I didn’t make the team, the journey was invaluable. My understanding of human performance was expanded and constantly challenged through interactions with remarkable athletes, coaches, and through extensive study of nutrition, sleep, functional movements, strength, and sports psychology. Those experiences continue to shape who I am as both an athlete and a coach even today.

My approach to health and wellness is holistic, with a focus on the integration of the mind and body, and enhancing physical capabilities through mindset training and deep nutrition. These personal experiences, victory and defeat have shaped my perspective on injury, recovery, and fitness optimization, teaching me the importance of discipline and the power of good habits. This journey has led me to where I am today, ready to share my knowledge and help others achieve their wellness and fitness goals. Nothing brings me more joy than guiding others on their fitness journeys.
