Katie Powell

KP Athletics

Katie grew up as an athlete, facing injuries that sparked an interest in sports performance. With a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, she worked with athletes and applied her knowledge through personal experimentation.


A chance to pursue Olympic hopeful status with Team USA Women’s Boxing for the 2020 Summer Games expanded her understanding of human performance through study and interactions with elite athletes and coaches.


Katie’s approach to health and wellness is holistic, focusing on mind-body integration, mindset training, and nutrition. Her journey has shaped her perspective on injury, recovery, and fitness, and she is now dedicated to helping others reach their goals.
